Q: How do I ensure I order the right size product?

Q: Can I place a customized order?
Ans: Yes, certain styles can be customized and crafted as per your wishlist. You can reach us for specific details. Please note that a customized order is non-refundable and can not be exchanged.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
Ans: Yes, you can cancel an order until it has been shipped. A custom-order, however, can be cancelled only within first 24 hours of placing the order.

Q: In case of a return, how do I get my money refunded?
Ans: Goods once sold can only be replaced or exchanged for a store credit. Please refer to our "Return & Refund" policy for more details.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Ans: Normally it takes between 5-10 business days. We shall keep you posted on the progress.

Q: What are the accepted modes of payments?
Ans: We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also have Cash on Delivery, bank deposit and Net Banking options.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card online at FreeSparrow?
Ans: Yes. All your payments are processed with industry standard SSL encryption technology at the Payment Gateway through a secure checkout system.

Q: Do you have a shipping fee?
Ans: Shipping is free within India for all pre-paid orders above Rs. 1000/-. All COD orders carry a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 100/- for every order. Shipping cost for international orders vary across countries and is charged to the client.

Q: Will the colors of products shown on the website vary from the actual product colors?
Ans: Product photos are clicked in well-lit conditions and we make genuine efforts to capture the real colors of our products . However, based on your device and its settings, the actual colors displayed may cause some level of variation.

Q: What do I do if my order doesn't arrive within stipulated time period?
