Returns, Refund & Exchanges

Kindly note that:

• If a product is not eligible for exchange or return, it will be mentioned in the product 'Description'
• We make only on order. So you can share custom measurements to avoid fitting issues. OR review our measurements chart carefully
• We allow return or exchange only up to 5-6Y size
• A custom or on-sale purchase is not eligible for return or exchange

You can initiate a return or exchange by contacting us at +91.900.423.5915 or  [email protected] within 2 days of having received the product. Please note that:

• Product must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. Please ensure to return the product to us within 7 days from the date it was delivered to you. 
• In case of an exchange, we would ship a new product in same style, if available, after we receive back the product.
• In case of a refund, we would issue you store credit valid for an year. You can use it for any purchase on our site.
• Kindly allow us 3 working days to process refunds after the returned product has been received by us. 
• A custom-order or product purchased under sale-offer can not be returned. 
• You need to ship the product to our address: Free Sparrow, D-1, Plot No. 5, Akurli Nivant CHS Ltd, MHADA Road No.1, Akurli Road, Lokhandwala Township, Kandivali East, Mumbai - 400101

Cancellation & Refund

• You can cancel an order anytime until it is shipped. A custom order, however, can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
• To cancel, email us at [email protected] or call/whatsapp +91.900.423.5915 with order number. 
• For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the same account within 10 working days. 
• In case a COD order is rejected, we would not provide COD service again to the customer.
• We make every effort to fulfill your order. However, under rare scenarios, we might be unable to process it and have to cancel it. In such a situation, we shall inform you promptly. Any payment received will be refunded within 10 working days. Please note that our liability will be limited only to the refund of your payment.
